Q: Do you restock your products?

A: If an item is out of stock, please contact our Customer Service department and we will inform you when it will be available again.

Q: How can I make sure I ordered correctly?

A: Once you’ve placed your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail. In case you did not receive it, please contact our Customer Service department at info@interaktivhealth.com.au


Q: How do I know what the status of my order is? 

A: Once your order is shipped you will received a confirmation with tracking number via e-mail or you can check with our Customer Service at info@interaktivhealth.com.au or phone 1300 720 912

Q: Can I delete an item of my order? 

A: Yes. From your shopping cart you will be able to add or delete as many items as you want as long as the order hasn’t been processed.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order. If the order has already been confirmed, you will have to contact our Customer Service department via e-mail: info@interaktivhealth.com.au or via phone: 1300 720 912. If you order has already been shipped you will have to return the delivery once it arrives at your chosen address.


Q: What do I do if my order was incorrect?

Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged item or damaged packaging? 

A: All our footwear go through rigorous inspection both at the factory and once received into our warehouse, but in the unlikely case that you receive a damaged item please get in touch with our Customer Service at infor@interaktivhealth.com.au or phone 1300 720 912

 

PAYMENT

Q: How can I pay for my order? 

A: We have a safe encrypted payment gateway through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), so it is safe to use your credit card, we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, ApplePay, PayPals.

You can also use afterpay services Zip Money, Latitude Pay.

 

SHIPPING

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Generally we ship order within 24 hours of receiving your order, from there transport time can be up to 4-5 business days depending upon you location.

Q: How much are the shipping fees?

A: Shipping is Free by standard delivery service. Express delivery will incur an additional cost which you can choose at check-out.


Q: How will my order be delivered?

A: We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has left our warehouse, this  e-mail will contain a tracking number and name of the shipping company if you need to track you order.



RETURNS

Q: How can I return an item?

A: If you request to return your product, please contact our Customer Service  and state why you wish to return it. 


Q: How long do I have to return an item?

A: You have 7 days to return your item from the date you placed your order.


Q: Do I have to pay anything to return my product?

A: You are responsible for paying the shipping to our offices and upon receipt of the order we handle & resend for free.


Q: How will my money be returned?

A: Once we’ve approved your return and we’ve checked the item is still new and undamaged, we will refund your money through the same method of payment you used.


Q: When will I get my refund?

A: After we’ve approved your return and we’ve checked that the items are still new and undamaged –with tags still attached- you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your refund will be made in a couple of days. Please keep in mind that the refunded amount always depends on your banking company. 

InterAktiv Wear reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition they were received.

 


CORRECT USE AND MAINTENANCE

Q: How long will my footwear last?

A:The life span of professional footwear is directly linked to your work conditions and how well you take care of them. When your sole is flat and has no texture, it means it is time for new shoes.


Q: How do I take care of my Footwear?

A: Every pair of professional footwear should be clean and dry at all times.
  • For Suecos Footwear : cleaning, hand wash them with warm water and soap, dry on open air or with a dry cloth. Do not expose to temperatures above 50ºC or place them near heat sources, they could get deformed and lose quality.
    • For Dian Footwear the following styles can be machined washes up to 40ºC
      • Marsella, Florencia, Valencia, Calpe, Costa, Mar, Altea, EVA Plus, EVA

Q: What is the fitting size?

A: Our manufacturers use the standard European fitting size and are general true to size. Some of the styles are either a B or C width fitting and we have noted this in each of the product descriptions. Our material adapts to the feet after a few wears.


Q: Will my feet sweat ? Will they smell?

A: Foot transpiration is something that occurs naturally, no matter what kind of shoe you’re wearing. As a hygiene measure, your feet should be washed thoroughly every day and you should wear socks and change them regularly. Our range of footwear are designed and manufactured using materials to reduces considerably the appearance of bacteria and fungus that produce bad odor.
